This policy applies to orders placed on alhuwaisksa.com with Hamad Abdullah Alhuwais Company Limited. It does not limit your rights under the Saudi E-Commerce Law or the manufacturer’s warranty.

1. Right to return (7 days)

You can return an online order within 7 days of delivery without giving a reason. The item must be unused and in its sealed original packaging, with the invoice and all accessories. Exchanges are possible within 14 days of delivery.

2. Wrong, damaged or defective items

Report visible transport damage or a wrong item within 3 working days of delivery, with photos and your order number. We collect it at our cost and replace it or refund you. Manufacturing defects found after that are handled under the manufacturer’s warranty.

3. Return shipping and drop-off

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping. If the error or defect is ours, Alhuwais pays. You can also hand in returns at any Alhuwais branch; see the Contact page for addresses and opening hours.

4. Items that cannot be returned unless defective or not as ordered

  • Items cut, assembled or made to your specification (for example chains or belts cut to length, seal kits).
  • Special-order items or items imported specifically for your order.
  • Bearings and parts that have been mounted, greased, installed or used.
  • Lubricants and chemicals once opened.
  • Electrical and electronic items (sensors, monitoring devices, instruments) once the seal is opened or they have been installed or powered.

5. Refunds

We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return. Orders paid by bank transfer, cash on delivery or on a trade account are refunded by bank transfer or credit note.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge before the order is dispatched. If delivery is more than 15 days late, you can cancel and receive a full refund.

7. Business accounts (B2B / trade terms)

Returns of non-stock items need our written approval before they are sent (RMA), and may carry a restocking fee of up to 10%. This does not affect statutory consumer rights.

8. How to request a return
