1. Service Definition

This website is an Electronic Store owned and operated by Hamad Abdullah Al Huwais Company Ltd., registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The platform offers the sale of industrial spare parts and equipment, in addition to specialized engineering and industrial services (such as workshops, field services, and equipment testing).

 

2. Pickup Policy (No Shipping)

The user acknowledges that this electronic store does not provide shipping or delivery services to external addresses.

Upon completing a purchase, the customer is responsible for picking up the order from the company’s headquarters in Dammam (Omer Bin Alkhatab Street) during official working hours.

A valid order number or the electronic invoice generated by the store must be presented at the time of pickup.

 

3. Technical & Engineering Services

All field services and maintenance works are subject to prior scheduling coordinated after the request is made through the website.

The company is not liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of equipment or failure to follow the provided technical guidelines.

 

4. Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed in the store are in Saudi Riyals (SAR).

All sales and services are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with the regulations of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) in Saudi Arabia.

 

5. Cancellation and Returns

Orders may be canceled prior to pickup from the company’s facility.

Once picked up, returns are subject to a technical inspection to ensure the product is in its original condition, within the statutory period (7 days), excluding special or customized orders.

 

6. Governing Law

These terms and all commercial transactions through the store are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dammam.
