A failed motor is rarely just a failed winding. We start by finding out why it went, because fitting a new winding into the same conditions gives you the same failure again in eighteen months.
Work is carried out in our own facility by our own technicians — nothing is subcontracted, so the timeline we quote is a timeline we control. Bearings, seals and lubrication come from our own stock rather than a supplier lead time.
Every motor leaves after a no-load run test and dynamic balancing, with a certificate recording what was measured and what was replaced.
